Founded in 2012 by Nicolas Chenus and Samantha Longhi, the CHENUS LONGHI Gallery (formerly Galerie Openspace) is focused on both the French and international art scenes. It supports the work of emerging as well as established artists, while offering collectors guidance and expertise. Its artistic direction is open to both figurative and abstract artists, with a strong emphasis on technique. The gallery represents around ten artists, regularly dedicating exhibitions to their works. Additionally, it features a secondary market department for urban contemporary art, (RE)COLLECTIONS, under which it also organizes exhibitions.

Located in the Oberkampf district in Paris, the CHENUS LONGHI Gallery offers a 240 m2 space, completely redesigned, providing collectors with an exclusive experience in the art world through beautiful exhibitions, scenography, and evolving installations. The gallery also houses a bookstore and an art edition shop.

REPRESENTED ARTISTS: William Lachance, Rouge Hartley, Hélène Planquelle, Iota, Bartek Swiatecki, Nean, Jérôme Masi, The Feebles.

The CHENUS LONGHI Gallery is proud to participate for the third time in District 13 Art Fair in 2025. This marks a special moment for the Parisian gallery, which just celebrated its twelve-year anniversary, and offers an overview of its cross-disciplinary approach to urban contemporary art:

  • With figurative artists working within the contemporary painting movement and part of the muralist scene, such as Bordeaux artist ROUGE HARTLEY, Paris-based HÉLÈNE PLANQUELLE, IOTA, and Belgian artist NEAN.
  • With abstract artists from graffiti and skate culture backgrounds, bringing an urban spirit to their canvas works: Polish graffuturist BARTEK SWIATECKI (known as PENER) and American muralist and painter WILLIAM LACHANCE, an internationally recognized artist who incorporates stitching into his canvas work.
  • With illustration artists showing talent in a multidisciplinary approach in their studio work, from painting to sculpture, while maintaining a highly urban spirit: THE FEEBLES from Nantes and JÉRÔME MASI from Annecy.
